Africa does not have one shared visitor visa. Each country sets its own rules, so two travellers on the same flight may need different documents because they hold different passports.

Does every traveller need a visa to visit Africa?

What is the difference between an eVisa and an eTA?
An eVisa is a visa issued electronically. An eTA is advance permission to travel and may not legally be a visa, although an approved authorization can still be required before boarding.
Do visa-free visitors still need travel documents?
Yes. Immigration officers may request a valid passport, return or onward ticket, accommodation details, proof of funds, health documents and evidence of the purpose of the visit.
Does the eligibility checker guarantee admission?
