Ingredients:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 ½ cups lukewarm water
- Cooking oil for frying
1. In a large mixing bowl
2. Gradually add the lukewarm water to the dry ingredients,
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes,
4. Place the kneaded dough in a lightly greased bowl
5. Once the dough has risen
6. Heat cooking oil
Heat cooking oil, in a deep fryer or large pot to about 350°F (180°C).
7. Flatten each portion of dough into a disk
